Made the dough and used my dehydrator (trays pulled out) to rise it. It worked phenomenally well. Something that was in the instruction booklet that I remembered to look at. Will be doing the same thing for all bread products....

I've only done pizza dough and tortilla dough in it before... but I want to attempt soft pretzels dough soon...
