I've only had nacho platters a few times in my life.




I'm originally North American... my nacho platters totally shit on Aussie nacho platters...



I use spiced beef, frijoles, cheese and cheese sauce... and diced avocado, tomato, lettuce, onions or chives....and then salsa, sour cream....



My platters are huge...

The reason nacho platters aren't among my favourites is because of cheese sauce and corn chips.

I don't have a taste for corn chips and I don't like cheese sauce.
