My husband requested breakfast for supper tonight..



We'll have eggs, farmer's sausage, and shredded hash browns.

I like doing that  



You might like my breakfast casserole. You fry up 2lbs of spicy sausage, throw it in a bowl with a dozen eggs, 2 cups of cheddar, a diced up green pepper, a package of hashbrowns (I use the dry ones), tablespoon of water, a stick of butter.... and I think thats it. Mix it all up, pour it into a pan, and bake for an hour covered. I like putting hot sauce on mine after lol.

Mmm, sounds fattening.

 



Nah, thats healthy compared to some things I normally eat lol.

Yeah I can only eat 2 pieces lol, only 1 piece if I ate it for breakfast or lunch. Makes a great meal prep item, where all your breakfast is in one and just needs heating lol.
