That's a significant contingent of the voter base that I would rather not lose simply because words on paper say one thing and the relatively harmless activities of a migrant stand in contradiction to that.

I'm inclined to agree with you. Although I must say I personally do not like the idea of queue jumpers. And that is what illegal aliens are. But, your position is a practical one.

However, law enforcement at borders must be allowed to do their jobs and prevent illegal entries.

But THIS guy isn't the type of person we should be setting out to find and if we do happen to find him because some shittard liberal scumbag politician refuses to open their jails to ICE we need to have a provision for him -- something that lets him know he fucked up but his proven good outweighs his bad.
