In the videos Cook suggested filling syringes with saline or succinylcholine—a medication that induces temporary paralysis—as a means of sabotage or deterrence. She stated, "Sabotage tactic, or at least scare tactic. All the medical providers, grab some syringes with needles on the end. Have them full of saline or succinylcholine, you know, whatever. Whatever. That will probably be a deterrent. Be safe." Additional videos reportedly included suggestions to lace agents' food with laxatives or use poison ivy as part of resistance tactics, as detailed by the Daily Mail and other outlets.
