Balance weights. Used when balancing wheels, done usually when a tire is removed or replaced. Put enough weights in the wrong place and the wheels would vibrate enough to be felt. It would have to be taken to a tire shop to have it redone. They have machines that spin the tire and tell you where and how much weight to add. All computer now but I remember watching it being done by hand.

You stick those on a tire rim, and when they go down the highway the car gonna shake more than Shen Li's ass  :laugh:
