I'm VERY skeptical these days. I really want to know if some of those cases were a technical over application of that law where a judge PURPOSELY went overboard in an effort to ultimately derail the legislation. Now why would I say this? Because of all the cases where fukin libtard judges these very days are ruling against Trump by stretching law, only to have SCOTUS pimp slap the fuck out of them. The Constitution clearly spells out that if you arent a citizen, POTUS can kick your as out PERIOD, end of story. Even so, these fucking judges sure dont seem to have a problem setting law and 200 years of precedent aside, do they!

Oh well, the march toward civil war continues.

I agree, even I dont have the dedication to invest that kind of time. I dont really feel the need to though because I've witnessed a complete abuse of power by the justice system in the last dozen years. It didnt just start when I started noticing.
