Have you ever had Vietnamese coffee ? I love it. It is one of the many things I liked about Vietnam.

Sounds great, Sec! I'll be trying Vietnamese soon. I'm introducing my family to all types of food.

I was in Ottawa only once on mission with a team of economists. We stayed at the Westin across from the Rideau Canal and not too far from your Parliament. It was November and there was already snow on the ground.

Obvious Li

i spent a fair bit of time in both Hanoi and Saigon and ate at many dozens of restaurants....food everywhere was excellent.....even the street vendor food was great.....so can't really say about the "best" restaurant ......i can say, i love Viet Nam and would return anytime....i think my favorite country to visit overall...i was very impressed at the number of people that spoke english......from a supposedly closed country...must have been a hold over from the war ???
