Under Mayor Mamdani, New York City has set aside $500,000 to fund community discussions on reparations and other forms of assistance for Black New Yorkers despite a budget deficit.

I'm in favor of giving any black a $1,000,000.00 tax free check on two conditions:

1) They sign a document of giving up their US citizenship

2) They leave the country and never return

In the long run, the tax savings are incalculable.
