Coles Notes: Since 1985, there is essentially no more "stop or I'll shoot" permitted by police officers, unless a fleeing suspect can cause grievous bodily harm or death to an officer, or to the public.



In Canada, the laws are the same also.  I would assume they are the same for most of the Western world?

I don't know what state that happened in, but that cop that murdered that man and planted the taser to make it look like his life was threatened is a dead man walking. He won't last a month in jail before he is shanked.
