Unfair dismissal. He'd be awarded a huge payout here.

That could happen in this case too.

I think we need legal precedent set on how actions in one's personal life should be allowed to affect employment.  This should extend to social media as well.



I don't think something like this warrants just cause.

In here a bus driver got suspended because he drove over some pack of geese...



The passenger said that the bus driver chuckled sadistically..



There was an uproar and the bus driver got compensated for his suffering..



Of course you shouldnt do that but they are just birds and suspending him was too harsh.
