In reality that place doesn't even need a mod. It's the dumping ground for the stuff deemed as combative and disruptive garbage. How do you moderate garbage? Any truly "malicious" breaking of the rules, such a the posting of PI, gore or pornographic material and such should be deleted before it gets to R.O. There is really no moderating junk threads and long winded arguments.
