It doesn't take a whole lot of know how for some people to track someone. But I don't understand how people can go out of their way just to cause problems for another.  I don't get how people can hurt others just because they can.  Those kind of people are just evil in my books.

I bet if forum owners/admins started getting named in suits for what happens publicly on their boards, things would start to change.
