The results of the equalization referendum might not be announced until tomorrow.

We two referendums today.....equalization and keeping year round time like Saskatchewan does.

Early results from Calgary show the Yes side leading 58-42..



The Yes lead is even higher in Red Deer, Medicine Hat, and Lethbridge..



Edmonton won't report results from either referendum question until next week..



I read Edmonton is the only part of the province where the No side will likely win.

I'm still not clear. Did they vote on "no more equalization payments" ?.. an atrocity I have detested all my life



So why is Edmonchuck holding back? .. .even smaller places have counted and given results

I grew up on fluoride in water. Our CCF Mayor grandfather got it added  .. Brantford ON became the first city in the world to add it .. stronger / healthier teeth in children (and throughout life) the motive



That said, there were and are many areas where it is natural in local water (including areas in Canada& most countries) .. so It's been actually used for centuries .. (Take that conspiracists .. you may already be using it  :wink: )

Maybe when all results are final (or obvious) you would give us all results  ?



I know who will be mayors in the big cities, but some of the referendums?

Calgary voters turned out in support of adding fluoride back into the city's tap water with roughly two-thirds of the ballots marked for the Yes side..



The results of the two other referendum questions won't be released until early next week.
