Nope, I don't have herpes or any other disease, thank gawd. Back in the 80's when the AIDS scare started up, I was very careful, almost paranoid so I always used protection and didn't kiss anyone with a sore.

I know nothing about herpes but it is probably a good idea to read up on it. However, where I work, we educate the public on HPV and here's more on it:

What is HPV?



HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI). HPV is a different virus than HIV and HSV (herpes).

Herpes simplex virus

Human papilloma virus



I was watching a video the other day of one of the guys from Metallica who says he got oral cancer via HPV.  HPV is not cool.  80% of sexually active people have it.  some people get cancer from HPV, some don't.
