Scars: Vitamin E oil capsules, ingesting one everyday and popping one pill every other night and applying it to the face and neck..

Sweet almond oil is also good to apply to only the skin. this also reduces scars and naturally moisterizes the skin.

Glow: Vitamin C and intaking a lot of Fish. Omega 3 fatty acid pills are also great for fresh skin..

Of course water and even gatorade, with the electrolites inside, drinking Gatorade on a pretty hot long day will do you a bit better than water.

For uneven skintone I recommend using a mild exfoliate as that gets rid of all the dead stuff and after a while your skin tone becomes more even and regular.

Jojoba(pronounced as hobo) oil is very good. It is not really an oil, more like liquid wax. Good for cleansing the face.

Do any of you ladies wear a primer? That seems to be the thing to do now, after you moisturize, you are encouraged to wear a primer before wearing make up.
