Happy Aussie Day!!! All the very best!!!

Say, a question. I was young when I left and so am not sure. Do Aussies eat roo, either in general or at all?

I ask for a reason / to play safe before telling you what my mate just did for me last night

The "True Blue" meat?

Somebody is eating it down there.

"But take a closer look in your supermarket chiller and you are likely to find another red meat — one that is arguably more true-blue Australian than any of the alternatives. Kangaroo certainly has been eaten in this country for longer than any of the farmed meats."

There is a restaurant here that serves kangaroo burgers.

I wonder if roo is raised or can be raised commercially in Canada(weather). I'm too busy this morning to look it up. However, we have wild boar, ostrich, guanaco and even snakes raised for human consumption, so why not a farm or too raising roo.

Happy birthday Australia. Have a few VB's and enjoy warm day.
