Well hang on for the ride. If you aren't even 37, you're just getting started. Its going to build a head of steam until you explode......or kill your husband or whatever comes first.



You need to develop an iron constitution, like me.



You just say "NO MORE" and BLAMO, you just go cold turkey.



The only draw back is that you will spend at least 8 or 9 hours a day air humping like a perv.

Well, this is kind of a necro, but I just today used the term myself.  And as it happens, my olady is also ten years younger than I.  But when we were young, the terms Olady and Olman were in wide usage and people understood that they were variants on "main squeeze" rather than terms connoting age.
