Yes, I did and it was terrible..



I did the roast in the slow cooker..



I looked more like beef and didn't taste anything like pork..



It was gamey and disappointing.

That's a surprise. I thought it would be the same as pork. I had wild turkey and it's delicious. Nothing gamey about it.

My husband took what is left over of the wild boar to work..
