HA's have clubs all over the world.  They will accommodate, if it means business.



But generally, in White Western nation nations, they will only patch White males.



An exception was made here in the Province that I live in...  HA's are the only motorcycle club active here, and they do not allow any other club to set up without their permission.



When they took over here, there was another club (the Rebels?)  I forget...  Anyhow, they had one Black member, the Rebels or whatever the fuck they were, and it was an issue to patch the Negro once the club became HA's...



So, I do believe the Negro did get patched here, since his chapter sort of "Grandfathered" him.

There was a black guy who was grandfathered in in Quebec too when Mom Boucher ran the HA there. But, the HA is not really in majority non white countries. They are in Brazil and I believe South Africa, but their members are white there. They do not have chapters in East Asia or South Asia that I am aware of. The Bandidos are the second biggest one per center motor bike gang in the world and same thing. Chapters in Europe, Australia and the Americas.
