"Need All My Friends" is widely considered to be Lynyrd Skynyrd's first recording. There were 300 45rpm pressings of it in May, 1969. Also interesting is the previous spelling of the band name as Lynard Skynard.  Many also consider it to be an augury of the later classic Free Bird. Anyway, NAMF didn't appear on an album until many years later:
