You must a standing army too.

We hate Russia. It is something that foreigners find odd but they don´t share the same history.

If that is the case then maybe conscription is cheaper. Though you have to factor in that having men not working and earning money for one year is a hit to the economy.

One of the most latest disputes was this old woman from viipuri whom we refused to give any help. Viipuri used to belong to Finland and she was one of the people who settled it after the war.
