With my stabbing knife, I dice that shit up!



With my "Made in Sweden" shredder, I shred that cheddar!



You don't need much though, so don't get carried away...

Crack that egg (or two, if you're really hungry), and stir it around in a bowl.  Add your shit, like bacon bits, mushrooms, etc...



Stir that shit into the mix!  Like this!

I use this 'contraption,' since I can cook this mixture in the Microwave in about one minute...



It works beautifully...  AND it is actually Made in the USA.  Viking brand, I think?

Of course, an "Egger" must always start with a fresh bagel or bun...



I prefer a poppy seed bagel.



English Muffins are great with this also...

Yes.  I have prepared this on English muffins also, but a fresh bagel works better, IMHO...
