I think sometimes they are sufficient and other times not so much..

Some of the sentences handed oot are laughable .



6 MTHs for Shoplifting , yet some get PROBATION for having and Selling / Trading the Vilest of Child Rape pics over the net .



Thats the madness of Liberalism again .



Yet saying that , America passes some Draconian / Fair sentences .
