When did the water pressure tank on you, and does everyone else have a pressure problem?

Well, it seemed like the last time a water line blew of theirs, they scaled back the pressure some, but it was tolerable. After the recent well shut down, its seems even more scaled back, but unbearable. I mean I can shower, cause its on a wider pipe, but things like sings and toilets are on a smaller diameter pipe, and there isnt enough pressure to push the water if ya know what I mean.
