My brother in town this week. He got vaxed, and wanted to get out. He been cooped up the whole year.

That's not right. Shouldn't be any kind of requirement like that. Just another way to be controlled.

Probably doesn't apply to anything but public transportation. Bus, planes and trains. Still doesn't make it right.

To my knowledge, only the four Artlantic provinces haves rules about quarantine when arriving from a non Atlantic province.
