Brick told me he wanted to post pics of himself as a kid too, but then said he remembered the camera hadnt been invented yet back then and he had no pics  :laugh:

I made my famous Earthquake cake last night, taking it to the Jam with me. (I would send you some Kiebers, but the cream cheese icing en route for a few days may be risky lol). Earthquake cake is basically an upside down German chocolate cake with cream cheese icing baked in. Crushed pecans on the bottom, coconut, German chocolate cake mix, then plops of homemade cream cheese icing all over. The cream cheese icing sinks in as the cake rises around it.

That sounds good, but you're right, I don't think it would ship good either.

The drivers would not appreciate delivering a dripping package. (no, don't go there)



Thing about rum cake is, it gets better with age, so an extra day or two helps.

Man, that last one she made was sooooo gooood.

I keep forgetting about that cake! It was SO good! I also need a Bundt pan lol.
