Only reason I knew, was because of a conspiracy theory going 'round that made me investigate lol. Its down in New Orleans I think. I saw something about how the movie Sum of All Fears, depicted an event, where the Pressie went to the Stuperbowl, and terrorists tried to take him out with a nuke. He got out of there in time, but the blast still flipped his Motorcade. Trump is the first Pressie to go to the Bowl in a LONG time the way I understand it.

I don't watch regular handegg so I don't see any reason to watch the handegg championship game.

I know people who say things like: "but the special commercials are really fun!" knowing damn well I despise commercials and avoid them like a plague. Gosh thanks Capt. Normie, you've just made doubly sure I'll be skipping it.

I don't watch any of it either. I too despise commercials, and it was one of the main reasons I cut the cable cord back in 2012 and haven't looked back.

I'm sure you remember a time when we only had like 2 commercial breaks watching something, and it would only be like 3 commercials each or something. Last I saw back when I cut the cord, was a bombardment of commercials, almost as if the show was half commercials and half show.

I'm old enough to remember when MTV was only one channel that showed only music videos and a wide variety of genres too. In the beginning CNN had two channels but one was "headline news" that only showed top story clips that recycled every 15 minutes or so... with no commercials.

It's been decades since I watched anything on a commercial television station.
