Neither, the dance club lol, on my birthday! Was so crazy, I been dancing my ass off all night, doing pop squats on the pole, and then it was time for the costume contest. I get on the stage, do my thang, strut my stuff, then I stepped off the stage, pivoted wrong or something, and my knee decided to pop out of socket and back in again lol. Felt like Bambi trying to walk for the first time lol.

Yikes!  I fucked my knee a couple years back.  I didn't need surgery or anything, but I did get a knee brace which helped a lot. Took almost a year for the fucker to heal up and I still feel twinges when thr weather gets damp.

UR getting too old for dance clubs. I haven't been in a dance club since I was 25. However, Mom is 64 and still likes dancing.

That blows! I have to go in for surgery to repair a meniscus in a month. I'm told the surgery is pretty simple. Dont know about the torn ACL tho.

Never take Advil long term.
