while doctors have always been more expensive than other luxuries, it wasn't until "government assistance" (interference), they began rising like the tides.... the availability of medical services to ppl who wouldn't seek it otherwise plus the guarantee of payment no matter hpw outrageous the bill has incentivized doctors to pad these bills shamelessly and continuously.... the medical industrial complex needs to be torn down to its roots and rebuilt.... not fed, strengthened and emboldend by government funding....

I want to know about different insurance plans. I was hoping to read about your experiences with insurance companies-the good, the bad and the ugly.

i have no "experience" with insurance other than seeing the damage they do.... i've spent about half of my life homeless (and subsequently uninsured).... i generally pay cash or make payments for any medical care that falls outside of my skill range....
