No offense Blaze, but your brother needs to see a shrink.

He married a woman, she cheated on him, he turned in a Leftist state, but the beautiful Asian women have him lusting for ladies once again.... thank heavens lol.

Oh, he is a shrink, lol.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Quote from: deadskinmask on January 28, 2026, 08:06:04 AMwhile doctors have always been more expensive than other luxuries, it wasn't until "government assistance" (interference), they began rising like the tides.... the availability of medical services to ppl who wouldn't seek it otherwise plus the guarantee of payment no matter hpw outrageous the bill has incentivized doctors to pad these bills shamelessly and continuously.... the medical industrial complex needs to be torn down to its roots and rebuilt.... not fed, strengthened and emboldend by government funding....

I feel like if not for insurance, I'd prolly be paying less than the 10k Im paying with insurance. Because of not only skyrocketing prices, but I remember back when I questioned doctors early on, asking why it seemed like the bill was more expensive under insurance vs paying out of pocket, and he said "because it don't matter what we charge the insurance, they pay it, you don't".

Quote from: deadskinmask on January 28, 2026, 12:39:02 PMi have no "experience" with insurance other than seeing the damage they do.... i've spent about half of my life homeless (and subsequently uninsured).... i generally pay cash or make payments for any medical care that falls outside of my skill range....

You paid? Shit kneegrow, I'd file for charity care, and anything else I'd tell them good luck woodchuck  :crampe:

Blazor has medical insurance. Maybe when he comes back he can tell us about his plan.

I got much respect for Deader.

What did you need to know? I pay $120 a month, but I think the employer pays like $7k a year.

This is my first job with insurance. I never had insurance til this job. Usually I don't go, only in emergencies. Before I got insurance I also used the Free clinic, but that was a total waste of time.
