I don't recognize a stove?  What do they cook on?  Are they using fire?  (Great image, intriguing)

The stove, as RW rightly observes, is the cast iron, black structure far right.

The ovens are at the rear.

Will money change your mind?

@realAzhyaAryola

I learned it is never good to be bubbly around a bunch of men while serving refreshments and then say, "Coffee, Tea, of Me!" Learned this lesson well while I was but a young healthy doe.

It's strange for me because it's a kitchen built for staff - not for individuals.  The smells must be amazing!!!  Roasting over fire!!!  And the smoke must be tough to deal with.  The colour of the walls is just so beautiful, particularly behind the copper.

The cooking areas are extremely well ventilated, although that's not clear from the picture. The wall behind the stove is actually a very large chimney.

But at full roar, preparing for a banquet for example, it would have been an amazingly bustling, hustling place.

I'll call this photo - cheeky grin.

Our youngest loves the color pink.

So when we were in the shops today and found some other color besides pink for a sorely needed new pair of sneakers, she went for the cheapest which ironically were pink in color. I know I shouldn't complain. Cheap is good, is it not?

The purple ones had her favorite Disney movie characters on them (Frozen), but it didn't matter one bit. She "needed" the pink shoes instead of simply "wanting" them. As you may well understand now, she's got a pigheaded streak for the color pink (which we've done everything in our power to alter, to no avail). Dad and myself have never wanted an experimental trial in raising a pink girlie princess but we're at the point of giving up while quietly nodding and smiling at one another. The Cosmos has played a sneaky little trick on us and it's well played.  :laugh3:

(We don't generally post photos of our children online but decided the shoes and smile needed to be seen together. That's why the rest is gone.)
Blahhhhhh...

Bricktop

Lovely pic!!

Well done.

One suspects that cheeky grin is inherited from her mother.
