As admin and owner....you don't have to be all exclusive in your approach to the membership here. Your forum....your rules. You say who goes and who stays. It's that simple.



As for laying off "North American forums"....This is the interwebz...., I don't really think there is any such thing. Unless you make residence a requirement of membership and for a place like this, that's not a smart idea.
