Shooting At San Francisco UPS Facility Leaves At Least 4 People Dead

At least four people have died, including a gunman, following a shooting at a UPS facility in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood on Wednesday morning, police confirmed.



The unidentified gunman shot a total of five people around 9 a.m. local time before turning the assault pistol on himself when police entered the building, acting chief Toney Chaplin said.



Police confirmed the shooter was wearing a UPS uniform, but did not confirm whether he was employed by the delivery company. At least one employee recognized the shooter as a fellow UPS worker, The San Francisco Chronicle reported. Police say they believe he is the sole suspect.
