That looks pretty damn good...LOL Have not tried that one yet. Gonna show that one to the wife. She has been the grill master lately.
We have been on a brisket kick lately, using the rub and sop they have here.
This weekend we have a pork roast and baby back ribs thawed out. Going to use a peach BBQ sauce and see how they turn out. We have learned the low and slow method on a Weber grill. Our barrel smoker rusted out on us a while ago. Here is the peach sauce we are going to use.
I will post some pics once it is done.
I do highly recommend the brisket rub. After 10 hours on the pit it is amazing.
