unless one can get it in "On Demand"

That works for some shows, in fact we watched several seasons of a few shows upon discovering them

Not likely this will be the case for this show, but could happen depending on provider

Telus does have a demand channel that covers many networks and a few networks have their own

A search from pvr would nail that down

You're right, Redfern Now would not be an On Demand option.

You hang out in the slum looking for Abo chicks don't ya?

Redfern Now is a bit of a beat-up and no longer representative of the suburb.  There aren't many aboriginal households left in the suburb, it's been largely gentrified, and the average house price is now in excess of A$1.5m (US$1.2m).  https://www.realestate.com.au/neighbourhoods/redfern-2016-nsw">//https://www.realestate.com.au/neighbourhoods/redfern-2016-nsw

35 years ago, whilst studying at the nearby University of Sydney, I lived in the adjoining suburb of Chippendale.  It was a different story back then.  Redfern was the closest train station, and after sundown the university ran a shuttle bus service from the main library to the station because it was too dangerous to walk.

GORDY GAMBINO

You Sydney cockroaches have forced housing levels to doom.

When it crashes ya fucken Opera house gonna be for sale.

Now I used 6 proxies and got banned on each one.

I will hire anyone that can extort her and get money out of her sent to a Thai bank account. I then transfer the loonies ;) This is a tax free venture....55555

So, not man enough to hang on to your wife, blackmailer, reduced to "researching" ponos.  I'm starting to get a pretty accurate picture of you.

So where did they go? In my city, they are busy doing that to a couple of skid row areas. The crack heads simply moved to a new area. The people  already living there welcomed them with flowers and cake. ac_toofunny

There was a spate of redevelopment in the area from the late 1990s through the 2000s.  Most of the aboriginal population lived in government housing which was either sold off or demolished.  The tenants were generally relocated to housing in either the western suburbs of Sydney or rural New South Wales.  A significant number wound up in Kelso, a suburb of Bathurst, which is a country town a few hundred kilometres west of Sydney, on the other side of the Blue Mountains.

By 2011 it was pretty much all  done and dusted.  http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/nsw/redferns-the-block-landmark-is-done/news-story/af5682a1758a3b333fe5627889a0129b">//http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/nsw/redferns-the-block-landmark-is-done/news-story/af5682a1758a3b333fe5627889a0129b

A few aboriginal families remain in dilapidated housing, but these days the area is basically too expensive for anybody on a low, or even average, income.  As the remaining run-down housing stock is renovated, the last low income tenants will have to find housing elsewhere.

Even on the show, there seems to be a lot of non Aboriginals in the neighbourhood.
