I agree, but I  thought Australia had a merit based immigration system? We do too, but True Dope increased the percentage of  family reunification class immigrants.  



None of that matters though when anyone from anywhere in the world who would be rejected as skilled immigrants shows up at our borders, throws their hands up in the air and says they are a refugee.
