CANNOT enable Windows updates, NO MATTER WHAT I DO!  I have even WIPED THE ENTIRE UPDATE history... ALL 1.3 GIGS of it!  Doesn't work:

It fucked my shit up big fucking time.  And when I say wiping my update history, I wiped ALL fucking updates from day one.



Did nothing.



Now, I am forced to a fresh install.



I have never seen an install do this, unless it was malicious.
