Considering that corporations and billionaires own social media it's not a threat they will have to follow through on.

It won't be long before an anti-Facebook alternative emerges. And alternatives to Google are already available (similar search engine capabilty, no monitoring).

My search engine on ALL devices is Duck Duck Go. Works great, NO tracking. I urge everyone to use it and dump Google.
