They oppose the twinning  of the Transmountain pipeline from Edmonton to  Burnaby, BC which Trudeau's government have already said yes to..



It would send another 890,000 barrels per day of diluted bitumen to the West Coast where it will  be exported to Asia..



The original piepline has been in production since 1953 and has a capacity of about 300,000 barrels per day.

Oil and gas exports are more valuable than the next ten exports combined. The US is developing their resources using the most advanced technology to meet global demand. We are not and I'm afraid if we don't act soon, it will be too late.



I won't comment whether these town halls are staged or not. But, I will say that either we get serious about our  resources or we get used to declining living standards.
