I had those for the first time while I was in Seattle! I didnt know what I was eating at first lol, but liked the spiciness of them.

If it was spicy, it was not the kind served with Korean fried chicken.

Korean fried chicken is cut into different sized pieces than North American fried chicken. It's crispier and has a lighter batter.  Goes great with pickled radishes and of course, cold beer.
