I already explained this to you.  The forum owners found him irritating.  The majority of posters did also.



If you are under the impression that 'rules' need to be broken to have a poster shitcanned, you are wrong.  And even if this was the case, 'rules' can easily be adjusted.



You will not get the answer that you are looking for, as that answer does not exist.  The fact of the matter is, is that these sites run as they see fit, and it is within their rights to do so.



Berry, I would suggest not pushing too hard to get a forum to "explain things" to you once they have made their decisions, unless you want to be a rebel.  I have moderated these forums.  I won't get into details, but it can be a very frustrating job.  Every Admin, Mod, and poster has a different idea of 'what's good and what's bad.'  Even with a clear set of rules, it doesn't matter in the end...



Are all decisions made 'fair and sound?'  Absolutely not.  I can attest to this numerous times in my 15 years around these forums.



Think of the forums as 'free market enterprise'...  If they don't want your business, take it elsewhere and let the market dictate who gets what.



Or you can be like Evs & Mimi, and 'wonder where all the posters are,' while actively engaging in banning the regulars...   Again, the market does dictate what a forum is even moreso than the 'business world,' as there really are no obligations required when choosing who can post, and who cannot.

His permaban was put in place due to rule 7. When banned you are not allowed to post on the board even as a guest. He was repeatedly warned and finally permabanned. The more he guest posts the more IP's we ban as well. He was timed out originally for some infraction (see rule 9) and would not let things go.

Evs is now stuck with a dilemma...  Dead forum, or satisfy her own needs to keep the forum posts coming.



Evs will almost always choose to keep the forum posts coming, with garbage posters like Karl and TD.



She has no choice...  Nobody else posts there.

They typically give relatively short bans there, except to me!  I guess my potency and literary strength, combined with my superior intellect and logical thought process is too much for the two hags there to handle!
