Data shows Canadian middle class shrinking in big cities

The CAnadian middle class is only rich because of white privilege and it is wonderful that Justin TRudeau is evening the playing field by taxing them more and giving to those in need all over the world much like Robin HOod is reputed to have done.

Canadian workers are struggling because of carbon taxes, foreign money that is putting resource workers out of jobs, mass immigration and refugee acceptance, ever increasing taxes and bad multinational trade deals that benefit foreign workers only. This is not funny.

In the US, 800,000 people entered the workforce last month, while in Canada the labour participation rate shrank. Six years ago, Canada had the strong middle class in North America. Thanks to tax reform and deregulation, and sensible energy  policy, American workers are better off than their Canadian counterparts.

The job market in the US is the best I have seen it in twenty years. Maybe longer because so many people are entering the work force.

I don't mind paying taxes as long as it's not excessive and my money is invested prudently.

There is no socialist party anymore in Canada to advocate on behalf of working people. The NDP has been hijacked by rich enviro progs who don't need to work and don't want anyone else to work either.

It is rebounding the way I hear it. VERY slowly here in my area though. I did see 2 new job postings for my field the other day, which is good lol. One was already snagged when I found it though.

Not so much my occupation. When I check the Seattle area, there are boat loads of 'em available. Its this area. Practically all the local major print shops have closed down, mine I work for is next. Then there is the ad agencies, which I use to work for one that closed down. They have very little staff, and there isnt very many agencies in the area. Printing occupations are becoming extinct though, thats for sure.

Sorry, I meant my occupation as a graphic designer in the Seattle area lol. Yeah print jobs are dwindling fast.

I was thinking there was a lil confusion lol. I do work for a print shop, and I do run a commercial size digital press, and a small digital press. So technically I am these days lol, but my position is a graphic designer, and I was a graphic designer at my previous job. I didnt get paid any extra for doing the other work either, still the same pay after 8 years.
