This is very telling.

The GOP doesn't have all the answers but when decades of democratic leadership fail to improve and even worsen a bad situation; it's time for a change. Unfortunately every one of those cities on the list is just brimming with the right racial demographics to keep the dementocrats in power. Democrats love to prey upon clueless and poverty stricken. They use promises of more and more government handouts to keep them under their political thumbs. It's all a calculated plan disguised as good intentions and it amounts to little more than bribing the population for support for liberal candidates at the polls. It's disgusting and it's "LEFTARD" politics at it's worst.

Frederick Douglass, November 15, 1867.
