Recent camping trip on the Glenelg River...

What a beautiful area.

Frood

It's pretty remote... a bunch of roos and wallabies leapt up against the vehicle when we were creeping in to the national park... we weren't even going 10kph.
Blahhhhhh...

Odinson

I thought Australia is covered by this sand desert called the "outback".

Outback is more central Oz. Along the coasts it's just called bush.

My husband and I would love that.

I don't sleep in tents, but that's very nice country. That looks like it could be Northern Ontario.

Are there any crocs in Glenelg river?

Frood

That's an inflatible swag with an air con unit in it and 80mm mattress. It's much more comfortable than a tent.

There's a pico projector, solar lantern, and a Bluetooth speaker in the swag too. When the mercury hits late 30's or 40's, I spend the afternoon in there chilling out.
