I'd be fine if the world was more Libertarian and such roles could be either removed completely or bid on by private contractors, like your org does.

Hell I was going to replace those 2 wheel studs that broke off, and in the process of taking off the wheel, I rung a third one off lol. I got the other 2 taken care of, but now have to order another stud. Maybe I'll get 2 just in case and keep a spare.
