Thus far, her Democratic opponent has suspended his campaign given her circumstances.



Thing is, what Next? What happens under the rules? Does the guy she defeated in the primary automatically become the challenger to the Democrat? or do they hold another primary, in which Sanford would be allowed to run again for the nomination?

Pretty bad. Was the result of a head on collision with an opposing driver on the wrong side of the road.



Broken back, probably paralyzed won't be able to walk properly again.



she's more or less been reduced to being an invalid for life, I should think.



Don't think she'll ever be the same again.
