I understand it's easy for me to say this, but humans can live to around 100 years, don't let old age bother you Bricktop, but show that old age is nothing but a meaningless number and diet and lifestyle is the key to a healthy life.  With Google at the reach of our finger tips, there's no excuse to not live for another 30 years or maybe even more, if my grandma didn't have pneumonia, she should have been able to live past 98 years, while the queen is still lively at 95.



My mom says egg is super healthy, while my dad likes apples, avocados, and sweet potatoes, etc.  Not to mention there's a world of supplements out there that doesn't take any effort to take on a daily basis.

Lol, I duno should Fash and I be concerned or relief.  I'm no expert in a liquor nor do I know your livelihood, but I guess as long as the intake is moderate and doesn't occupy out the other needed nutrients to the body, it shouldn't be an factor or issue.  My mom always says a lot of the best things in life doesn't cost any money, while my dad sees mastering the Holy Trinity of health (rest, exercise, and eating) like it's a job requirement or a game to him, I guess he does has a point, rather than seeing things as a chore, just see the good side of the coin or take it as like playing a game or the reward it offers, lol.
