That's why I always read the news afterwards to see what triggers these jumps in the price. Always seems to be war related or some catastrophe eh?
Platinums been going up for a while now based on the mines shutting down. Gold and silver still have a ways to go because the world currency's have been debased.
Do world events contribute? Sure. Metals were going up anyway tho.
