I've already explained the benefit to medical knowledge that was gained by the wholesale experimentation on prisoners in World War 2 and why it would otherwise result in the deaths of so many patients since. Were you to have killed Hitler before he had the chance to become a figurehead of that entire apparatus, the blood of those deaths would be on your hands.
